Through a guided process, including relaxation, visualization, and breathing exercises, we learn to become more aware of our thoughts and emotions. We learn to enable them to become our allies in everyday life.

Intensive Mind Training course for personal growth and well-being. Using the powerful tools we have within us, such as thinking, the ability to visualise, and breathing, we will learn how to manage and make the most of our potential. During the course we will engage in relaxation exercises, guided visualisations and breathing techniques. We will deepen our ability to manage thoughts and emotions and learn how to use our mind as an ally to improve the quality of our lives and enhance our well-being. Suitable for both those who already have experience or those approaching the Mind Training for the first time.

We will discuss together the objective, timing and format that is most suitable for you.

Mind Training @ WORK

If you run a business and you think you and your team need something to reduce stress at work, negativity and complaints, to improve your efficiency or you are simply looking for a different team building activity, then the Mind Training is just the thing for you. We will discuss the objective together and develop the package that is suitable for you.

Art and Visualisation

Art sessions designed primarily for young children, but also adaptable for adults. These sessions are aimed to help improve self-confidence, address insecurities and fears, and improve focus and attention using creativity as well as imagination.
